Our Story. Your Legacy.
Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club was established in 2020 with the belief that players and coaches would excel in an environment built on quality, support, and realistic expectations. Our mission is to help young players reach their full athletic, academic, and social potential using the game of volleyball as a platform. CLVC is dedicated to offering a club experience that provides superior instruction in a close-knit, volleyball-focused facility, which promotes healthy competitiveness, a strong work ethic, and a sense of “home” and family.
At CLVC, we firmly believe that a player’s success is unlimited. One of our key principles is to cultivate a culture that allows each player the opportunity to be part of something bigger than themselves. This is accomplished through training, teamwork, and service to others. We are humbled and honored to be part of such a strong volleyball community here in the Carolina Region. We look forward to “growing the game” for young volleyball players in the greater Rolesville/Wake Forest area for many years to come.

Our Size is an Asset
We intentionally limit the number of teams we offer each season. This purposeful decision ensures we stay true to our vision: we are a youth organization first, and a business second. Our athletes drive our decisions, not our bottom line.
This allows us to know every player and parent in detail, keep that family-feel connection with our members, and provide the highest level of attention to each player. Small, dedicated clubs provide the best possible value for your investment in this way.
Unlike larger organizations that are slow to change, our size allows us to quickly adjust and pivot to the needs of our players each season. The game is always evolving, and so are we.
Volleyball Feels Like Home
Many clubs claim to be a family—but at Carolina Legacy, we live it. Our facility is a second home, where players get the court time they need, a friendly ear when they need to talk, and even a quiet corner to do homework.
Our coaches are the foundation of our culture. Many grew up in the club and returned to give back. Their experience is impressive, but it’s their compassion and deep connection with players that truly sets them apart.
From Harriett greeting players at the door to Christy cheering on every team, and our mentorship program bridging new players with seniors—we build real relationships.

Leadership That Listens
At Carolina Legacy, leadership isn't hidden behind closed doors. Christy, our passionate director, is hands-on with every athlete and every team. Whether it’s a win, a loss, a challenge, or a celebration—she’s fully present, always responding with the best interest of your child in mind.
We listen—really listen. When concerns arise, we react thoughtfully and promptly, putting players first in every decision we make.
Our coaches and leadership team prioritize accessibility. You’ll always have a direct, open line of communication to ask questions, voice concerns, or simply share a moment from your athlete’s journey.
Transparency matters here. We believe every Legacy family deserves to understand the "why" behind our choices, our programs, and our direction. When you’re part of Legacy, you’re not just in the loop—you’re part of the conversation.

At Legacy, we don’t just build strong teams—we build strong athletes from the very beginning. While we value top team performance, we know that long-term success starts with investing in our youngest players and helping them grow into confident, well-rounded competitors.
Our commitment begins in the youth league, where coaches like Ashley spark a love for the game and lay the foundation for future success. From those early touches on the ball to earning a spot on our top national teams—and eventually celebrating college commitments—we’re with our athletes every step of the way.
No matter your age, skill level, or position, you’ll never feel overlooked at Legacy. Every athlete matters. Every journey is valued.
We Are Player Driven, Not Player Led, and Never Parent Run
At Carolina Legacy, every decision we make is centered around what’s best for our athletes—individually and collectively.
Player-Driven:
We prioritize the well-being and development of our players above all else. We listen closely to their input, recognize their evolving needs each season, and value their voice in shaping our goals and direction. Their experience matters—and we adapt to help them thrive.
Not Player-Led:
While we respect our athletes' opinions, we also know that growth often requires challenge. Playing time is earned through effort, accountability, and character. We expect our athletes to attend practices consistently, come prepared, maintain a positive attitude, and uphold a strong work ethic. Our high standards reflect our deep belief in their potential.
Never Parent-Run:
We welcome and appreciate our families—but our responsibility extends beyond any one player. Parents naturally advocate for their child; we must advocate for every child. What may feel right for one individual isn’t always what’s best for the team. We lead with fairness, transparency, and long-term player development in mind.
Our ultimate goal is to create a safe, healthy, and empowering environment where every athlete can grow—not just as a player, but as a person. We ask all members to trust and support that mission.
