Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Beyond Youth

Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted as a form of payment. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Club (ages 11-18)

Tryout registration fees are non-refundable. Carolina Legacy Volleyball Club does not offer refunds for club tuition once a player has accepted an offer. By accepting a position on a team, families are committing to the full financial responsibility for the season, including all future payments outlined in the selected payment plan, regardless of circumstance. During registration, families have the option to purchase registration insurance through a third-party provider. This insurance may offer reimbursement in the event of injury, illness, or other covered situations. We strongly encourage families to consider this option, as CLVC does not offer credits, cancellations, or refunds once a commitment is made. Youth League

Refunds (minus a processing/convenience fee) may be issued up to 24 hours prior to the start of the program. After this time, no refunds will be given. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to finalize rosters, staffing, and facility planning in a timely and efficient manner.
